Hello. I am
Ben Garton
And for over twenty years I've successfully followed a passion for problem solving. However, I'm not talking about solving one's everyday worries or the morning crossword; I have a passion for solving the complex business and public-sector problems of our day.

Overview
In pursuing my passion, I found a unique opportunity with Booz Allen Hamilton (and later with Booz & Company) that allowed me to work directly with clients and client teams on solving significant challenges in a collaborative environment. During my six year tenure with the firm, I was able to hone my research and analysis skills while also observing first-hand how multinational corporations respond to and influence public policy in a variety of industries (such as Energy, Finance, Heavy Industry, Automotive, Food/Beverages, and Agricultural).
And today, I work as the Head of Research at The Board Director Training Institute of Japan, where I actively work towards improving corporate governance and continue to promote diversity in leadership.
